This foundation drop marks a dive into creating thematic collections with a purpose of exploring a set of interconnected ideas through a broader drop of work.

NoCameras - Foundation

NoCameras is a collection of Post-Photographic AI generated images that serve as metaphorical parables for meta commentary about art, and life and memories and photographic truth.

NoCameras is about the images that can only be captured without a camera.

In these images I use semiotics and symbolism to create metaphors about the world around us, and the things that are happening conceptually.

Neurography - Known Origin

Neurography is a home of a softer type of subtle surrealism. Another Post-photographic collection with a focus on the soft and surreal, less concerned with reliving memories and creating fables and more concerned with drilling into the qualia of human existence and the representation of more complicated concepts.

The Nuclear Samurai Collection - opensea

The Nuclear Samurai collection was a ten week narrative project set in a fictional future ravaged by a mutagenic plague. The collection was limited to 100x Nuclear Samurai Characters.
Tokens made holders eligible for weekly story and art drops. Each Atomic Bushido Item has unlockable content of a 15-20 page short story in a shared world.
This collection marked a departure from the previous expressionistic and painterly styles for Nuclear Samurai and was the genesis for experimentation into AI generated photorealism.

Expressions - known origin

Expressions is a collection of works inspired by expressionism. Nuclear Samurai developed a process for producing work within a particular style of abstract expressionism and then used this style to pay homage to one of his favourite art styles.

Dark ARts - foundation

Dark Arts is the collection where I keep work that is closer to a traditional and more painterly style.
The work in this collection has a tendency towards darker subjects. The figures and images are darker but the things that are discussed are more mundane and universal feelings in many instances.

Tales From the wasteland - opensea

Nuclear Samurai’s first collection Tales From The Wasteland was a precursor to what would eventually become the Nuclear Samurai Project. These series of works were dark and expressionistic and told stories of a post-apocalyptic future through tableaus reminiscent of renaissance art. The results produced through earlier and more primitive AI.
